What kind of cough syrup

I've tried everything trying to get pregnant and the month I stopped and just chilled out I got pregnant the next month. I was sick and was drinking cough syrup, I honestly don't know if that helped me but I remember googling it and a lot of people said it helped them.. Might sound crazy
