You should call your pediatric dr, and ask if he needs to go to the ER

he's okay they really don't consider it a fever until he gets to 104.0 so your good try giving meds to knock it out though

I would call the dr, mine told me anything over 100.5 to call

@edomke, how old is LO? try giving a lukewarm bath and putting him in a onesie, if old enough give some Tylenol according to his weight and alternate with ibuprofen if he's over 6 mths.

they mean anything over 105.0 you would go in just give him med and see if that put the temp down dress him in light pj's

I was told to call, but that's probably because when taking a temp under the arm you are supposed to add a degree (I assume that's why Dr told me) but I have a forehead thermometer @ilyric
