My last pregnancy was 12 years ago so I forgot a lot.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I'm having this pain inside my pelvis. It's like shooting sharp knife pains inside my pelvis like inside my privates and it makes me want to push a little. My uterus gets really hard. It's so painful and sharp I usually have to grab myself from the pain. This comes and goes. My baby also moved for the first time almost a week ago but very aggressively and suddenly I am not feeling it any more at all. I'm hoping it's not related to the pain. The fact that he/she is not moving and the sharp pain scares me a little.
