What did you ladies do during your last trimester to not go crazy? I'm sure everyone gets nervous about giving birth but I feel like it's all so overwhelming to think about & now it's so close. I suffered from panic attacks & anxiety prior to getting pregnant & im so worried that when the time comes it's going to be absolutely terrible because of my anxiety. I just want to be able to not over think & enjoy it.
Labor is really awful, I'm not going to lie to you but millions of women get through it, and you can too. I have a pretty low pain tolerance and I got through it without an epidural. Getting closer to 9 and 10 cm I felt like the medicine I had wasn't enough but there was no going back and as soon as my boys were born my heart was so full none of that mattered anymore. Just keep your mind on the reward at the end!

Well I was about to go to bed...and then I get stung by this thing.
I can't sleep thinking about I am for sure having a C- Section 😖 Ladies let me hear your story pls. I honestly am so terrified and I just want to cry and I know it's going to make my anxiety go off. 😞😪
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Can we lift each other up as women?!
With all this nonsense going on i think it’s time we left each other Mother’s up instead of tearing them down!! So what’s one nice thing u can say about another person on this app? I have 2 friends that i talk to outside this app and I think they are both wonderful mothers and people in general. I won’t name names cause they know who they are. So now u all go!! I think we need this tonight!!!
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it! @m.bullock to be honest it's not even the actual labor that I'm worried about. Hospitals make me uneasy & having to take any type of medicine, even Advil, gives me anxiety. I hate knowing I have no way of controlling what's going to happen 🙈 I hope it all goes by super quick & easy so I can just come back home once its over!
