It could be that you are dilating. Even if your not in excursiating pain this is only the beginning i was almost 4cm when i got to the hospital and didn't even know it. If pains get worse or more blood i would say denfinetly go to the hospital.

mine just looked like blood. I called l&d and they told me to come in. the told me it was my mucus plug. u went into labor the next day.

@mombie2013, @kms159 did you ladies have anything else come out with it or was it just the light blood? the bottom of my stomach just hurts bad like it feels bruised. also I occasionally feel cramps like period cramps.

I had a light show & my doctor told me not to worry about it unless it was dark red. I end up going to the hospital just to ease my mind and come to find out I was in labor. I would see if you start having contractions and go from there

you can go into l&d if your concerned. I went in when it happened. they basically told me my baby could come anytime.
