Hey ladies I have a question. For the one hour glucose test were you told to fast before or just not eat two hours before? I already had done the one hour a couple weeks ago and fasted for 12 hours and failed and then passed the 3 hr but they tested me toooo early so my doctor making me do the one hour alll over again 😒😩 so I'm wondering if I should eat a breakfast high in protein before going to the one hour? That's what I've read online. Let me know what's worked for you or what you know :) thanks :)

I haven't got my results back , but I ate before my 1 hr test. they told me I could eat just nothing sugary

I was told I could have a light breakfast an hour before the drink so I had two eggs

Okay last time I fasted for like 12 hours and failed but passed that 3 hr so I'm ill try eating breakfast this time lol @kellynicole @mommybump2016 @littlemissrainesmommy

@kellynicole did you get your results back? that's what they told me to do and I was planning on just eating a couple eggs and water. I have mine Wednesday :(

@jennaboo, @hailholla1412 honestly though just do what your doctor says.. Some doctors WANT you to fast before, others will say breakfast is ok

I would fast just to be safe. You dont wanna do the 3 hour all over again.
