Does anyone know what to do ?! My daughter is 9months old and has been throwing up,and she's constipated, she's been running a small fever. I don't know what else to do,we don't have a car and our insurance says it doesn't cover rides to the E.R. and urgent care doesn't open I til later in the day. I'm in tears because I don't know what else to do, me and her dad have been up with her :( we're both first time parents..
@leiibaaaby, yeah she been drinking some water she's not being hesitant to drinking fluids right now.
Maybe a little bit of water to help the constipation...get a bowl of whatever and a wash cloth and wipe her down with it, it helps regulate her body temperature from her head to feet... And for the throwing up maybe a little cracker so her tummy isn't empty and hurting... Just a couple thoughts
As long as her temp is low she should be fine till morning long as you keep giving her fluids and light food to help her stomach . And give her the next dosage of Tylenol on time .
@leiibaaaby, I gave her Tylenol not that long ago and she isnt warm/hot anymore and the urgent care doesn't open until like 9a.m.-10a.m.
Tylenol , lots of water fluids Pedialyte and crackers pretzels fruit to help easy her stomach than take her to urgent care when it opens . What is her temp ?
@mtzmaria25, her fever is very small nothing alarming I know that's probably coming from her teething but the constipation just started yesterday and throwing up just started last night :( we don't have apple juice right now either so I gave her an oz. of water but nothing
Oh honey im sorry have u tried giving her apple juice so she can poop? i read somewhere that when they are constipated instead of pooping they throw up, but Im not sure if thats it if she has a fever
@theemmariefactor, I'm trying too and we don't have money :/ and if we did the bus doesn't start u til 5:30-5:45 a.m.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:

@sonjaeg, I'll try that hopefully it'll help her
