get on all fours and kind of wiggle your butt around and move back and forth, if its gas that will release it…

Lol I do that 2 it dose help a lot

@lil_bigmama, @b3autifulm3ss So I've tried it don't think it's gas nothing comes out back feels tight like it needs to be cracked if I still feel like this later I might have to take a trip to L&D :( never had a feeling like this before. Baby seemed to like it kicked the shit out of mama
