my breasts are leaking so bad at night.. already. I was laying on my side, on my phone and I turn over and my side and arm is covered.
Any suggestions on what I can do to not soak my shirt? lol

Don't sweat it. Some times you just gotta find out what everyone else does when they have the same problem lol.
It's ok I've even told my husband I would tape a normal pad to my boobies if I had 2 I don't like sleeping in a bra

lol awww poor thing I'd take a hot shower squeezing then slept with a towel because I leaked through those thick pads
They make the nursing pads with sticky backs so they stick to your shirt or bra and won't move.
Get yourself a nursing shirt and some nursing pads. I love my nursing tanks they are super comfy to sleep in. Got most of them at target.
Nursing pads or if you're like me and hate wearing bras to bed just wear a lose tanktop to bed under your shirt and can wear a nursing pads on under your tank
I have too wear a bra or sports bra 24/7 I also put pads in my bra now. I've had to do this since 16 weeks so I know your pain lol
