see this is why i dont even bother going to the L&D when something going on i just get sent home they tell me come back when you have 3 to 5 min apart contraction I DO come back when your bleeding I AM come back when your leaking any fluids I AM... im just NOT dilating and its so painful im only 1 cm since Monday that i started contracting... ugggh my back cant take it anymore

i take 3 baths a day with the hottest water i can manage i wish i can just sleep in their but then again i don't wanna be bald from taking so many showers lol
I'm sure you've tried everything, but have you tried a warm bath?
