Is it normal to get severe back pain this early I'm 19 weeks and 4 days like I'm in tears

Okay wasn't sure if I should call my OBGYN or not thank you for the tip

I had a lot of back pain early on and then it actually got better. I'm not sure why. Maybe my back actually got stronger as I went along. Now my back pain is back but I'm at the very end so it won't be long now
