It can also be bloating! I thought I had a bump then the next day it'd be gone. But dr said she was just fine. I didn't really get a bump until I was about 4 months. After that, it stayed lol

It Sometimes Happens When Baby Has Moved To Your Back Area . Baby's Just Shifting Around Can Seem Like There's Nothing There But If You Were To Lean Over Forward For a While Your Bump Will Be Right Back

That happened to me! Around 20 weeks sometimes I would look really large and then others not so much, if your doctor is telling you your baby sounds and looks healthy don't worry too much!
