If you're with a SO, sex helps! Nipple stimulation, going for long walks, warm bath with lavender Epsom salts, hot shower, there's this exercise/move where you hold your belly right at the base, slowly lift up and pull a little back toward your spine, it encourages baby to move lower and get in position. Pineapple juice, raspberry leaf tea, spicy foods.
