Period cramp times 30 for me lol it's horrible.

ok. I'm unsure. my pain is low in my pelvic area. and hasn't stopped. my belly is hard as a rock and it's been 5 hours since I ate. plus I am an hr and a half from home lol. I walked quite a bit today. just unsure if I should be worried.
