not at all. typically just pushing. butt tissue is super easy to tear
I think it may be a hemorrhoid. Is there anything I could do for it, should I bring it up at my next appointment? @theemmariefactor
If it's just a little and it's red not at all. Just from straining or a hemorrhoid. If it's dark brown and looks like coffee grounds or there's a ton- be concerned

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Yeah bring it up. Preparation h will help if it's painful. If not, it'll resolve itself.
