TMI: but how concerned should I be if there is a little blood after I wipe from taking a number 2?

If it's just a little and it's red not at all. Just from straining or a hemorrhoid. If it's dark brown and looks like coffee grounds or there's a ton- be concerned

not at all. typically just pushing. butt tissue is super easy to tear

Yeah bring it up. Preparation h will help if it's painful. If not, it'll resolve itself.
