@sashavoss there is a certain amount of time for each state to be considered abandonment. I am going to file for them to terminate his rights due to abandonment. I have 2 boys who I raise on my own, and I know I can do it with 3. It sucks sometimes because I want to give them more than just me, but I know that they don't go without. Stay strong and know you can do it too!
@cowgirlffa90, rock on!!! how does one legally terminate the rights? really proud of you. i have a restraining order against mine... hes erratic and dangerous... :(
I am 21+3 with my daughter. I am not including the bio father in anything to do with her. He says he "can't afford another kid when he is fighting for custody of the two he has." Well he gave up the right to be my daughters father when he gave up on her. I will not include the biological father on her birth certificate, or in any information the doctors have. I will have his rights legally terminated in court after she is born as well. If you cannot give your child a parent before she is born you don't deserve to be a parent after she is.
@cowgirlffa90, this is great, thank you for sharing. I was kind of nervous posting this thinking it may be too raw for some people. Is this your born or unborn daughter? I'm just wondering if you've already explained things or how you plan on doing so, if you don't mind sharing!! Everyone is telling me to "cross that vridge when I get there,"
stay stong mama =) i love seeing strong women
