Sometimes it can be. It could mean your blood pressure is up you should elevate them. My feet always swell when I'm pregnant because of my blood pressure since I always have high blood pressure.
if you doctor hasnt said anything you're fine he wouldve told you if your blood pressure is high than wouldve made you pee in a cup to check for protein to see if you have preclampsia. swollen feet comes with the terrority lol 😃

just watch your salt intake and drink alot od water it helps
