Does anyone else get anxiety when the door or windows are closed? I know this sounds funny but I'm usually in my bedroom all the time and have had a lot of panic and anxiety for no reason and I wonder if it's because I've spent so much time in there. I went outside today and sat outside and I was fine...is this pregnancy related or do y'all think I'm claustrophobic? Idk
