what do kicks feel like? everyone says flutters but what exactly is a flutter...dumb question from the first time…

mine felt like soemthing inside me was trying to fly lol

I'm a ftm too, and at first it felt like she was petting the inside of my tummy, until I turned like 20 weeks I felt the full in pelvic pressure of her kicking . you'll know. I felt it most laying on my back, but everyone's different.

kind of feels like something is flopping in your tummy, I would lay flat on my back and could always feel little subtle movements at first.

FTM also and I didn't really think mine felt like flutters. I could best describe it as a fish swimming around or flopping. lol Now I get hard kicks, they just kept getting stronger everyday.

yes if your like in your 20th week it probably is your baby. I'm also a first time mom but my child kicks hard so I know it's him. It tickles at times.

I had the popping kinda like popcorn is how I explained it at 7 weeks I believe I wasn't sure if it was the baby or gas and a bunch of girls on here said it was probably the baby! :)

@octoberbaby16, I keep getting these like popping feeling like in my lower stomach it happens like 3 times then stops and its been doing that for about a week now. do you think those are kicks?

its really hard to explain. you'll know when you feel it though trust me

To me, it felt like light tapping/thumping/tickling! I described as a little fairy who was tickling me :)
