Anybody that has torn or cut during birth.. How did you get rid of the soreness?

doctors gave me some anti biotic cream to put on and pain killers I tore alot

I would sit on the toilet. They gave me some type of dish you put over the toilet fill it up with really warm water and another little water type bottle that squirts out water i would fill that up with warm water and just continue to soak and put warm water. Try to get some type of anti biotic cream too.

they have me a spray to spray doent here when it burns and also icepacks helped me alot lol

Time lol it honestly gets worse as it heals. The itch is way worse than the pain.@ashleynicole22,
