wow i dont want my mans mom around her grandchild

my mom's friend is going through it right now. Her son died and her daughter in law won't let her see the kids. so she might go to court and the court might be like "the grandparents have to see their grandchildren once a week" or something like that. She doesn't think she is going to do that though because she doesn't want to force it and have her daughter in law hate her more

Legally she can't fight for custody. But here in Wisconsin there is a "grandparent law" where the grandparents can take it to court and have "visitations". You just need to talk to him about her

@ftm2be, Its his choice if he wants to leave then he should she has no control over him and his decisions. She can't take your baby from you dont let that scare you or intimidate you guys.
