They smile, but not on purpose. They can't control their muscles yet. But it's so cute when they do it. Real smiles will come somewhere after 6 weeks

Yes, but these smiles are involuntary (sleeping, pooping, etc). They start learning how to respond socially with smiles starting anywhere from 4-8 weeks old. It's so cute no matter what though!!!

@bri28, @mommagotbump16 thank you, I figured she was just using new muscles. she only smiles when she's waking up or in a dream but it's adorable :)

The older folks in my fam say they're dreaming with the angels when they do that ,I like to believe in that :)

@jazzyjazz, my boyfriend says the same thing and he says she is looking at angels when she randomly looks at the wall or behind me. It kinda scares me to think if she can see angels what else can she see :/
