It could be a lot of things. My SO has a heart murmur that doesn't affect him at all really, but they still check it every few years to make sure it doesn't get worse.

I can't promise, but I wouldn't be overly concerned. They are pretty common and most of the time they get outgrown

Maybe a heart murmur? A lot of times they do out grow it. I had one when I was young but not anymore
