Yes, you use it right before you have sex! It's like a lube that is sperm friendly and helps the sperm swim and live longer! I used it while trying to conceive, I was on month 2 and tried it and then found out I was pregnant! @desilu

@babyt16, that's what I have the "planning to get pregnant" vitamins most of these shouldn't be taken during pregnancy
