@littlemissrainesmommy, I have told her many times that my mom will be with my son because my mom is closer and owns her own business so she can up and leave whenever. I explained that to her many times. I even sent a birth plan and information on everything with my son. My mil has fibromyalgia and takes pain meds and sleeps a lot so it scares that she won't wake up to pick my son up from school. By marriage yes he is her grandson but I will say that she treats her "blood" grandchildren different another reason I prefer my mom because she won't make it all about the baby like my mil does and has been the last few times she's been up here. It's a long story about all the baby stuff. Its just irritating that when I get asked about my wishes with this baby and she doesn't want to listen to them... Then don't ask my wishes if you really don't plan on listening or following them.

but it's her grandson too... I don't see why it's frustrating you... just say it works best for y'all that your mother watches him.
