When diaper rash cream doesn't work on my boys I turn to Vaseline or petroleum jelly. it locks out the pee so that the rash stays dry. their rashes normally clear up in a couple days after I use that. also let your baby be naked for a little bit. it helps a ton.

The only one that helped both of my son's was Boudreaux's butt paste! It's a tad expensive but it was the only thing that worked and they both had really really bad rashes when the were little. Good luck! If nothing else, try a tub of lard from the grocery store with lots of baby powder. My mil recommended that and it worked just as good.

and make sure to change her diaper often, and especially quickly after she pooped.

my pediatrician tells us to use dr smiths premium it's like a tub the little tub is expensive but it works very good I get it at target they even have a spray now it's amazing!

Dr Smiths worked well for us and I think it was CVS generic
