Not sure how baby boy isn't here yet. At my app a week ago I was almost 4 cm dilated and 80 percent effaced. Everyday since I've walked from the moment I've gotten up till go to sleep and bounced on a yoga ball everyday as well. I feel like this baby is just going to fall out of me 😡

I was 4cm for two weeks before my dr stripped my membrane and made me 5cm and I still had to get induced a few days later because she didn't want to come out. I hope yours doesn't go as slow as mine did.
