I'm really worried I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to have cramps and lower back pain with a light pink spotting ... I don't have my sonogram till thrusday but should I be worried is this normal ? The doctor had also mentioned that I have blood clot under the baby and I shouldn't worry it should pass ... Could that be what the cramping and light pink is about ?
