what did it feel like? mine broke at home it was the weirdest thing. but literally sounded like a pop. but it felt like almost a hard kick. but then I felt the gush of my water lol after about 5 seconds of pop noise

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
