is this safe to drink all day?? it's zero sudium zero calories zero caffeine and zero sugar. it's combonated sparkling water. I already had one yesterday and now working on this one.

yea aspartame is really bad for you. they have it in diet sodas too.

If it has aspartame I wouldn't drink it. A lot of these waters have very unhealthy sweeteners...I used to love them until I found that out.
