No you should be fine. I would just limit how often you drink it if at all.

it has it and I drank one full one and then a half one.. oh boy. will this hurt my baby. @swtlilangl

If it has aspartame I wouldn't drink it. A lot of these waters have very unhealthy sweeteners...I used to love them until I found that out.
