I'm worried. I was laying on my right side and all of a sudden i got this intense pain on the bottom left side of my stomach. the pain went all the way to my back. now I'm feeling a cramping feeling across the bottom part of my stomach. I'm 24 weeks. what do I do?

@sandracosgrove, okay thank you. that's what i was thinking too. I'm going to take some Tylenol and try to rest. I have an appointment Wednesday. hopefully it feels better tomorrow.

Might just be growing pains I know that's what my doctor called my cramping and sharp paint when I was 25 weeks
