TIM Question: What do you ladies take when you are constipated? ? ? ? i been like that for couple of days now i been eating papaya and drinking lots of water but doesnt seem to help.

try prunes or prune juice....... whatever you do DONT EAT OR DRINK IT ALL it will mess your stomach up.
