I know this sounds strange but my ears are really sore and swollen where I had them pierced years…

I know this sounds strange but my ears are really sore and swollen where I had them pierced years ago. I haven't worn earrings since before I was pregnant but they've still not healed up. Could they be healing up now or is it something to do with just being pregnant/body changes? I can't get to sleep they're that bad😣
