@madi-girlsmama, unwrap pad, put 2 tbsp of witch hazel, then aloe Vera to cover, wrap it back up, store them In a bag in the freezer and use them when you come home after hospital βΊοΈ

@morganhayyleyy19, @madi-girlsmama they're for after birth. Overnight maxi pads, witch hazel, aloe Vera, and if you want a scented oil like lavender (I chose not to) you freeze them and after birth you wear them to soothe and heal.!!!
