I want to dye my hair to badly! My roots are showing horribly, I have very dark brown hair and dyed my hair a light brown in the summer and haven't dyed it since. My maternity pictures are tomorrow too... 😫 problem is everyone in my family including my hubby keep telling me no and that hair dye is bad for the baby when I know it's not! So if I dye hair I'll bitched at. Ugh I just want to feel pretty damn it !

show them a article that youre allowed to dye your hair as long as its a well ventilated area

it's your body. dye your hair if you want. it doesn't hurt the baby. ventilated room and ammonia free dye if possible is the best way to go. it's alittle more expensive.

@alainalovesmommy, I have ! They're like "i don't care what Google says, it isn't natural it's all chemicals. It could hurt the baby." It's for frustrating and annoying I feel like I'm 13 again my I'm being told I have to wait till I'm 16 to dye my hair :l

girl you have the same due date as me and I just went to the salon to dye my hair...dye it...if it helps your confidence there's no reason not too.

my doctor told me I could if I wanted to they need to be quiet you would know if something would hurt the baby

I've dyed mine my whole pregnancy. as long as you are out of your first trimester you can dye it. your hormones have a chance of messing with the color a little bit but I have a healthy baby boy.

I've dyed my hair like 5 times so far. My doc said it's fine just open a window.
