Are there any ways to make the cervix check less painful?

Ughh right? I had mine checked yesterday. So uncomfortable. And now my cramping and spotting/discharge is so much worse. I've only had it done twice but the first time I didn't have the cramping or spotting afterwards. But I also wasn't as far along as I am now.

I feel you, it kills everytime.. I asked my doctor and she said it wont hurt as bad when im in labor, it hurts because its so far back still.. but that doesnt help, all i can say is I feel your pain girl!

try not to focus on it? they hurt like a bitch every time for me
