a nose frieda as well.  got to make sure she's suctioned regularly. Also make sure she's propped up a bit as well rather than flat on her back. Conant her pedi as well, that little it can turn into an infection, rsv,or pneumonia.

humidifier or you can go in the bathroom turn the shower on and make it super steamy.
