what helps you mommies with back pain? Tylenol isn't doing anything for me:(

Heating pad seems to stop my back pain for a while and warm showers once the water hits my back it stops for a while too

toughing it out. it doesn't help, but its what I do.

for me what works is a cold ice pack after a massage :)

the only thing for me is a bath. i take about 2 a day lol
