It's ok. I didn't purchase my stroller until 3-4 weeks after the baby was here cuz i didn't take him out. (car seat on the other hand......get that ASAP lol)

I was in the same boat and bought my car seat literally a couple days before my water ended up breaking early at 37 weeks.

it's OK about the strollers you won't be going anywhere for a few weeks after delivery anyway. and I know hospitals in my area give u a car seat before leaving if u don't have one
