Def wash it if it is used.. think about it.. milk, throw up, smoke, pet dander, possible blow outs.. i always take apart and wash anything I buy used.

i bought mine second hand so i tool it apart and washed it with baby detergent and vinegar and hung it up to dry for a few days. just be careful if you do take it apart to remember how it goes together. i had hell putting mine back together lol

as long as there's not "press board or such" I have washed mine... just remember how it goes back together.... I won't dry it... I'd hang dry it... in bathroom then place back on the seat...

I washed my son's that I got second hand. He's 1 and I haven't washed the one he uses which was new but I need to cause it's got milk stains all over it lol
