Were any of you ladies told your baby is a little bigger than average and you delivered early? I'm 25 weeks, 2 days (Not even 7 months pregnant yet!!) and my son is already 2 pounds. My mother in law thinks I will deliver him a month early (36 weeks or so) because she delivered my husband and sister in law both a month early and they were a healthy 7 pounds.

I've been wondering this too. My little boy measures 3 to 4 weeks ahead of schedule and I keep wondering will he come early or just be a 10 pound turkey.

@mommabearto2, I know boy's are bigger but damn...I can't do a 10 pounder....or anything over 8 pounds. Lol

haha well before when we were TTC I told everyone that if I were to have a boy he'd come out a man. Then when we went in and saw how ahead he was one of my BFFs said damn girl hes gonna come out with a beard and everything 😂😂😂

my little boy is measuring 9 pounds right now and im 38 weeks 3 days but my water broke with my first son at 36 and 6 and he weighed 7.5 at birth. I guess it all depends on your body and what it wants to do.

It doesn't work like that. Your more likely to have a labor like your mothers, and even that's not a given.
