It's all around not safe and not recommended by (most) doctors.

I got my hair bleached after 12 weeks and my doctor was fine with it as long as it was in a well ventilated area. Ask your doctor for their personal preference, because it might not be "no no" for them.

Seeing as I went through cosmetology school I can tell you that it is a big no no to bleach your hair while pregnant.

Bleach is not a good idea. Ammonia free dye, sure. But not bleach. I would call and ask your doctor because they can tell you exact reasons not to better than I could. but it's a definite no no
