Moms who have problems with their mother in laws how do you handle them. My mother in law is always telling me what to do with my son and is always babying him as soon as he crys she goes to pick him up when we wake up in the morning she takes him from and today she dropped me off at the bank and took him to a different store and didn't ask me till she was already over there. I love my mother in law to death and we live with her so I don't want to start any problems clearly but I'm tired of being made to feel like I am a bad mom or I don't know what to do with my son. It's driving my crazy she questions everything I do and is always telling me what I should do. Any ideas of what I could do?

My bfs mom is the same "get my grandson" "my grandson this/that" she means well but it's like uhhhh I didn't ask you. Lol I just keep telling myself it could be worse she could dislike me and not care about my son.

tell her I appreciate the help , but he is my son and I would like to raise him how I would like that means not picking him up as soon as he cries etc

I feel the same way. I love her and how much she wants to help put I do want to raise my son how I want @sonya15 and @alainalovesmommy I want to say something but I feel so out of place because she isn't my mom and because she gets mad about a lot and I would hate to start a fight with her

She's just lucky I love her bc lets be honest she drives me crazy, I have to prepare myself nephew walking in her house lol.

my MIL is the same exact way it's annoying. she even goes as far as saying he's "her baby and only her baby" & she puts her input into EVERYTHING. like not needed. go away. but I don't say anything because we also live with his parents and she's easily offended so I just correct her when she tries to say stuff like that and I ignore her when she gives me unwanted advice.

Oh she says he's her baby all the time and it makes me so mad she has even called her self his mom a few times @nikolaismommy

Yeah I get so mad and I have told my husband about it and he doesn't like it as well I'm like if you didn't carry him for 9 months or get him cut out of you your not his mother @nikolaismommy

The best choice is to move out. You live in her castle & she is the Queen. You will never win that battle. Trust me been there & tried talking to my MIL but she told me exactly what I am telling you. @jaydensupermommy
