My glucose test is at 2:45 ( about 4 & 1/2 hours away and I can't eat tell after the test this is killing me I'm so hungry 😫

No ... Don't eat carbs and sugars , stick with protein , and you should fine

You can eat just no sugar ... That's what I was told when I scheduled my appointment
