Any army wife preggies? This is my husband's first deployment and we are NOT handling anything well. He is distant. writes back with one word answers or not at all. Never wants to call or Skype and has no interest in the fact that I'm due with our son in 4 weeks. I can't make him care. And being big and pregnant and alone is excruciating. I don't know what to do. 😔

Husband goes on frequent and long business trips. He never texts or calls and I just got used to it. It's annoying AF but I don't want to fight over it either.

@bellahali, how do you deal? I am BEGGING for his attention and he just won't. He didn't say anything for our anniversary or Valentine's Day. Our son is due on the 28th and he never even checks on me 😔

You gotta stay strong and positive for the baby! I was just like you in the beginning. He said he doesn't do holidays, so no anniversary or birthdays :/ but that's fine now. You end up getting used to it. But do communicate how you're feeling when he does talk to you. Try your best to not make it into arguments. Sometimes I have my freak out moments and think something bad has happened to him but find out that he was asleep or phone died. The stress is not worth it anymore for me. Once you talk about it, I'm sure he'll try more. Maybe he's really busy and trying to stand out and work hard. I'm sorry you're going through this.
