Can really bad aches that have lasted for more than a week be a bad sign or that something is wrong…

I just feel so much tension all around i dont know if it could be due to my low blood pressure but the headache has been there for more than a week now @faithfulness88

Well from my experience I had headaches and low blood pressure throughout my whole pregnancy. I remember I use to cry. The headache was so bad I would get so dizzy from it and it'll throw me off balance. Sucks because all we can do while pregnant is Tylenol and that doesn't help but for like 45 min. At least for me. But for sure is something you want to check it out. They did a few exams I think it was a MRI or a CT scan I can't remember which one.

are your hands and feet swollen? see double or blurry vision? feel pain upper abdomen just below your boobs?

No I'm not swollen at all I do get dizzy and no pain @lilbabyboy16

oh okay. those are effects of pre-eclampsia. I was having really really bad migraines the other day, I normally have them anyways, my obgyn insisted I go get checked just to be safe and I don't have it.
