35 weeks having extreme back pain and uncomfortable. Have anyone done anything that worked to relieve the pain?

They told me to do the bath thing, warm water to relax your self, it use work for me but it doesn't help anymore

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.
