33weeks Nd experiencing lower butt pressure pain,kinda feels like I gotta go #2 but I've been regular with my bowels .Any one else experiencing? it's so uncomfortable!

Good morning ladies yesterday was was a difficult day was me. I woke up to experiencing extremely heavy bleeding. Called my doctor and went back into her see.
