Ladies I need help! My friend has a Boyfriend in jail and he is the father of her child, and she is going to bail him…

.... I'm not sure that he could even go to the maternal ward if he's a sex offender. I mean maybe, I don't know. But as a mom, I absolutely wouldn't want a sex offender around my newborn baby!!!!!!!

I don't think sex offenders are allowed anywhere near the children's ward

if he is a convicted sex offender, he more than likely won't be allowed in the ward.however, it depends on the actual circumstance.

agreed with @mamatobetayyy if he is allowed, he shouldn't be. I wouldn't want anyone like that around me or my child.

I would just be like he's a sex offend and if he gets anywhere near a kid when I know sex offenders aren't suppose to then she's g onnna lose her child and she's gonna be in trouble and he will go back to jail. tuff love girl but u gotta tell her. that's the truth tho. my aunt dated a sex offender and he can't hear children

pretty sure he isn't allowed in the maternity ward. she should be more worried about the safety of her child. he wont be able to attend any of her childs activities. he wont be allowed around schools parks none of that.

Im trying to help her through this but she cant stop thinking of him. I know how that feels, to love someone so deeply, she didnt know who he was legally in the beginning of the relationship so she fell for him. Now shes conflicted.

usually they aren't allowed within a certain feet of anything to do with children if the sexual charge includes minors...

The relationship would've been over for me, but I'd she is intending on going forward regardless of the situation, then she needs to find out how to legally have him around.
